WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ARE SUBJECTED TO A $30 RETURN SHIPPING FEE, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR OR DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA.

PRODUCTS MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

ONCE THE RETURN LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED, YOU WILL HAVE 7 DAYS TO DROP IT OFF AT YOUR LOCAL CARRIER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND. 

SHIPPING FEES FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

AT THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES. WE RECOMMEND REQUESTING A RETURN FOR THE ITEM YOU'D LIKE TO RETURN AND PLACING A NEW ORDER FOR THE NEW ITEM. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE AND PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
